Contact us
We read every message. For support, safety, press or anything else, email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
If you're a member, you can also contact us from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Contact us.
Reporting a member
The quickest way to report someone is in the app: open their profile or your chat with them and choose Report. You can block them there too. We aim to review serious reports within 48 hours.
In an emergency
If you're in immediate danger
Call 999 in the UK, or your local emergency number. DateMaite support can't respond in real time.
Your data
To ask about your personal data, email us with the subject "Privacy". To delete your account, see Delete your account.
